Sysco Foodservice, in conjunction with the Milwaukee Center for Independence, Inc. (MCFI), is pleased to announce a new, nutritional way for your students to start their day.
Designed by schools and made by students. FUEL4U menus are prepared by the dieticians of Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) and packaged by the school’s special education students at MCFI. These students are part of the MPS work-study program which enables students with special needs to participate in the community workforce at competitive wages.
The mission of MCFI is to assist individuals and families with special needs to better live and work in the community and to make successful school-to-work transitions.
MCFI is certified by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
